Achievements

We established a dark (sub) halo – stellar mass abundance matching method to link galaxy with dark halos. It is now well accepted and used in many studies . The citation of the related paper reaches top one thousandth within the 20,000 papers published in the same year.
We developed a semi-analytical galaxy formation models which reproduce the stellar mass function over 5 order of magnitude for the first time. Based on this model we also produce the largest simulated galaxy catalogue in the world. This catalogue is widely used by most of the advanced observations.
