Cosmological constraints on the DGP braneworld model with gamma-ray bursts TEXT SIZE: A A A
The universe is expanding in complex ways that astronomers do not entirely understand. Astronomers can observe bright explosions, like supernovae and gamma-ray bursts, visible over vast distances and more precisely measure how the universe is expanding. This article describes a study which combines different observed data sets about the expansion of the universe to set constraints on parameters describing the expansion. The results of this study can give astronomers more insights into the behavior of the universe's complex expansion.
