The Universe is expanding and its rate of expansion is accelerating. Dark energy is one model that attempts to explain this behavior. Astronomers use observational data to set limits on parameters describing this expansion. This article describes a study where astronomers use data from different sources to set limits on parameters describing dark energy. This study can give astronomers more insight into this difficult problem.
