The Universe is expanding and accelerating its rate of expansion at large distances, behavior which is difficult for astronomers to explain. This article calculates constraints on parameters describing this accelerated expansion by considering collections of recent data. The parameter constraints will help astronomers better model this enigmatic phenomenon.
