X-ray binaries occur when a compact object orbits a star and hot material emits x-rays as it flows from the star onto the compact object, forming a hot swirling whirlpool. This article studies how an x-ray binary with a millisecond pulsar can eject material away from the system. The results of this study give astronomers a better understanding of the motions of materials in an x-ray binary system.
