Determination of the chromospheric quiet network element area index and its variation between 2008 and 2011 TEXT SIZE: A A A
Our Sun undergoes cycles of sunspots and other related activity on its surface. This article describes a study that monitored the Sun between 2008 and 2011, observing how the brightness of the Sun changes due to these small irregularities on the surface. The results of this article contribute to our understanding of the solar cycle.
