Stars orbit the centers of galaxies and the dynamics of their orbital motion can be complicated, especially when the galaxy itself has some complex structure. This article reports on a study that calculates the orbits of stars around a galaxy with a bar structure in its nucleus, helping astronomers better understand the motions of these bodies.
