Spectral cutoffs of Fermi-LAT GRBs 080916C and 090926A TEXT SIZE: A A A
Gamma-ray bursts are enormous explosions very far from our Galaxy that release titanic amounts of energy. This article studies the high-energy limits of radiation from two examples of these objects. The results of this study can help astronomers better understand how these bright objects generate their energy.
