Early in the history of the Universe, the radiation from many bright first-generation stars ionized their surrounding gas, leading to an epoch called reionization. This article simulates structures containing these bright stars and studies the interactions between these structures, which later lead to galaxies. The results of this study can help astronomers better understand how galaxies formed during the early history of the Universe.
