Astronomical objects emit radiation in many wavelengths and by studying how the radiated energy is distributed, astronomers can learn about the properties of these objects. This article studies different ways of modeling the distribution of this radiated energy. The results of this article can help astronomers better understand the radiation emitted from astronomical objects.
