Massive stars can explode as a supernova. After a supernova explodes, the material that was inside the star is then scattered throughout the surrounding space, leading to a cloud of expanding material called a supernova remnant. This article studies emissions from two supernova remnants. The results of this research can help astronomers better understand the properties of supernova remnants and how material from the supernova interacts with its surroundings.
