12 GHz methanol maser outflow from the massive star-forming region: G35.20–0.74 TEXT SIZE: A A A
Large clouds of dust and gas can collapse and form clusters of stars. As the material forming the stars becomes more compact, it heats up and radiates energy. This radiated energy can then drive flows of material out of these clouds. This article studies this type of outflow from a cloud of material, helping astronomers better understand the process of star formation.
