Reflectance conversion methods for the VIS/NIR imaging spectrometer aboard the Chang’E-3 lunar rover: based on ground validation experiment data TEXT SIZE: A A A
The Chang'E program sends probes to the Moon for imaging and spectroscopic investigations. This article describes the goals of the third probe in the Chang'E program, which will land a rover on the Moon's surface and conduct in-situ investigations that are impossible from Earth-based imaging. The results of this study will help researchers better understand the composition of the Moon.
