Gamma-ray bursts are large but brief explosions in the distant Universe that release vast amounts of energy. Since it was launched, the Fermi satellite has been observing high-energy emissions from gamma-ray bursts. This study analyzes properties of a catalog of gamma-ray bursts observed by Fermi, helping astronomers better understand these objects.
