Time-resolved spectral analysis of prompt emission from long gamma-ray bursts with GeV emission TEXT SIZE: A A A

Gamma-ray bursts release enormous amounts of energy over a short time. This article studies the type of energy that is released over a short time and how this energy is distributed in terms of wavelength. The results of this study can help astronomers better understand how energy is generated in a gamma-ray burst.
