Sensitivity study of high eccentricity orbits for Mars gravity recovery TEXT SIZE: A A A

Understanding the distribution of mass in a planet can be a challenging problem. This article proposes a new method to measure gravitational anomalies in Mars using an artificial satellite, which gives researchers a better understanding of how mass is distributed. The methods described in this article might be implemented in future Mars exploration missions.
