Arp 299 is a system composed of two galaxies that are colliding with each other. In order to better understand the dynamics of this collision, this article describes observing this system at multiple wavelengths which can trace the movements of gasses. The results of this article will give researchers in this field more insight into the complicated dynamics associated with collisions of galaxies.
